Ivyia Adams MS, LMHC, CCTP
The owner has always had a passion for helping people. She did humanitarian volunteer work in the US in her early years as well as traveled to other countries helping those in need through multiple charitable organizations. As a member of a military family she understood the unique challenges faced by many in the military and volunteered at her local Veterans’ Hospital to assist with soldiers suffering from debilitating mental health issues. However, she wanted to do more to help.
Several years ago she left a career in the IT field working with Fortune 500 hundred companies and financial institutions; having also worked in the field of investments and finance to pursue her true passion- helping people heal themselves. She has been in the industry now for nearly a decade with extensive evidenced-based training in the areas of Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Sports Transition and Relationship Issues. She has been an expert witness in court cases and a subject matter expert on several panels, podcasts and more. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) having worked with both private, sports and business executive clients to achieve their full potential.
She truly believes we all have the power within us to live a better life and become our highest and healthiest selves.
